Create a workspace: "For me" or "For my company"
On first sign-in you choose whether relais.io belongs to you alone or to your company. What separates the two levels and how to switch later.

personal, company, team, organisation, first loginAfter this article you have a workspace – and know which of the two levels fits you.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in (see Sign in with a code).
- You have no workspace yet, or you want to create another one.
The two levels
| For me | For my company | |
|---|---|---|
| For whom | One person and their agents | A team with units |
| Structure | Channels, “Today”, own services – no org chart | Units, a channel per unit, permissions |
| Administration | None | Invite members, set permissions |
| Price | One price per user, one agent included | The same price per user |
Steps
- On first sign-in relais.io asks: “For me” or “For my company”. Choose a card.
- Give the workspace a name. For “For my company” that is the company name.
- Store a card for the 14-day trial – the first charge is on day 15 (see Trial, billing and cancellation).
- For “For my company” the six-step setup starts next. For “For me” there are two steps.
Result
The workspace exists. Its name is at the top left of the sidebar; that is where you switch between several workspaces later.
Switching later
If you invite a second person into a personal workspace, it becomes a company workspace – the assistant adds the org chart. The other way round is not possible: a company workspace stays one.
