“The workspace could not be created.”
- Cause: The name is empty or the connection dropped.
- Fix: Enter a name, try again. If you reload and the workspace is there after all, only the reply was lost.
“Creating failed.” / “Renaming failed.”
- Cause: Only whoever may change workspace settings (management) can create or rename. Otherwise: connection.
- Fix: Check permissions under “Members & agents”, then try again.
“Turning it into a company workspace failed.”
- Cause: When converting a personal workspace into a company workspace (second person invited), the org chart could not be created – usually because the trial has no payment method yet.
- Fix: Check under “Billing” whether the workspace is complete (see Messages for billing and cancellation), then repeat the invitation.
“Creating the subject failed.”
- Cause: A custom subject needs exactly three fields: domain, object, aspect – each without spaces and dots. A subject with the same key already exists.
- Fix: Check the fields; existing subjects are under “Subjects” in the administration.
“Granting the authority failed.” / assignment failed
- Cause: The chosen unit or subject no longer exists (deleted in a second window), or you lack the right.
- Fix: Reload the page, repeat the selection.
“The suggestion failed.”
- Cause: The org chart suggestion comes from an AI service that is not answering right now.
- Fix: Create units by hand – possible in the same step – or ask for a suggestion again later.
“Getting the answer failed.”
- Cause: The final step checks whether an agent would get an answer. Without an authority and without a subject there is nothing to check.
- Fix: Choose at least one subject and assign it to a unit, then “Continue later” → repeat the final step.
